Shalabahala
Shalabahala is a continent located in the northern hemisphere of Pelepia and an important location in the Gen 2 and 3 story.
Shalabahala is the main central of Pelepia. It is an extremely high tech, futuristic place with everything you could imagine... except for nicer residents probably. They have access to the most advanced pieces of technology available, including tools that can communicate with alternate dimensions and military weapons powerful enough to destroy stars. However the government of Shalabahala refuses to share their wealth and technology with the rest of the world in order to become even more rich and powerful than it already is. The entire continent has totally been mechanized, for not one piece of organic material (like grass and trees) grows here anymore. But they do have artificial plants that pump out synthesized oxygen! The only part of Shalabahala that has not done this is Rural Shalabahala, an island off the north coast of the mainland, that refuses to use technology and instead keeps up the tradition of using only what nature has given them.
However, Shalabahala suffers from a "Class Gap Crisis", where there is a disproportionate amount of extremely wealthy and extremely poor citizens. This continent is divided into three layers: Upper, Middle, and Lower Shalabahala, the wealthiest being on top and the poorest at the bottom. All of the waste and trash that the Upper and Middle divisions of Shalabahala create tend to be dumped in the Lower parts of the continent, where the government seems to have forgotten about the citizens that still live in those parts. As a result, the residents of Lower Shalabahala tend to be very hostile and commit many crimes. As we go upwards, Middle Shalabahala is where the "suburban" middle class live. It is fairly crowded, but not so much that it is inhabitable. There are very nice residential areas and marketing/shopping areas packed with all sorts of futuristic things. There are also a lot of synthetic parks. Only the richest of the rich can afford to live in Upper Shalabahala. Some of these include CEOs, big time celebrities, and powerful political leaders.
Shalabahala is also the origin of Cybernet, a virtual reality world where anyone can be anything, do anything and live out thier fantasies. (kinda like the internet) However, only upper and middle class Shalabahalian residents can go on Cybernet, since if it was available worldwide, the servers would be clogged like mad. But sometimes users can be so enveloped in their fantasy world that they lose their touch on reality, so each user is only limited to using Cybernet for 5 hours per day. Of course supergenius hackers can sometimes manage to get through those locks, but not until the Cyberpolice catch them!

Countries
StarkStark is the most populated country on Pelepia and is the location of Pelepia Central, the capitol of Stark as well as the entire planet. It is the main headquarters for intergalactic communication (after going past security from the FGA) and the archive of all things Pelepian.
